Speciality waxes

Specialty waxes are customized waxes designed for specific applications, ranging from cosmetics and pharmaceuticals to industrial processes like molding and coatings. They offer tailored properties such as high melting points, purity and specific textures to meet diverse industry requirements.

Applications

• Polyethylene wax (PE wax). A synthetic wax made from polyethylene, used to improve hardness, gloss and scratch resistance in coatings, inks and polymer processing.
• Fischer-Tropsch wax (FT wax). A high-purity synthetic wax valued for its high melting point and hardness — used in hot-melt adhesives, candles, coatings and PVC lubrication.
• Antiozone wax. A protective wax additive that migrates to the rubber surface to form a barrier against ozone and weather cracking in tyres and rubber goods.
• Polyboost. A performance wax additive used to improve processing and surface properties in polymer and coating formulations.
• Jelly wax / Gel wax. A soft, translucent wax used for gel candles, novelty candles and decorative wax applications.
